Founder
Professor Fehily is the clinical director and lead surgeon at The Manchester Hip Clinic and practises at Spire Manchester and the Orthteam Centre. He specialises in robotic hip replacements, preserving hips using key-hole surgery and cartilage grafting as well repairing damaged tendons such as hamstrings and gluteal tendons.
Practice Manager
Christine has been practice manager at The Manchester Hip Clinic since 2013. She has extensive experience of working in private practice, having previously worked for Spire Manchester and in the field of Plastic Surgery. She works exclusively for Manchester Hip Clinic and so is able to focus entirely on our patients, ensuring that they have a seamless patient journey.
Anaesthetist
Doctor Sinha has worked as a Consultant on Professor Fehily’s team since 2007.
He grew up in Manchester, where his mother was a GP in Whalley Range. He worked extensively in London, the South East and Australia before returning to his native city, where he began his successful working relationship with Professor Fehily.
Secretary
Angela has worked with Professor Fehily since 2007 both within the NHS and at The Manchester Hip Clinic. She has extensive experience of dealing with patients and supports Christine in the running of the practice.
Anaesthetist
Doctor Eusuf has worked as a Consultant Anaesthetist on Professor Fehily’s team since 2007. He is one of three Consultant Anaesthetists who look after patients during procedures at the Manchester Hip Clinic. In addition to his surgical work, Aj is very active in medical undergraduate and postgraduate education.
The Manchester Hip Clinic is committed to helping all kinds of people with hip problems to be free from pain and often to resume near-normal levels of physical activity – even those who may have thought that such relief would never be possible.
